Eyal Lavian established the Edvance Foundation with the goal of promoting equal opportunities in education for all students. He is committed to supporting educators and students throughout their educational journeys. Additionally, Eyal serves as the founder and CEO of edVIZE, an education technology company that specializes in enhancing the college application process for students, counselors, parents, and school administrators. In his free time, Eyal enjoys traveling the world and indulging in his passion for surfing.

Evelyn Marquez is a junior at the University of Southern California where she is majoring in Non-governmental Organizations and Social Change, while minoring in Law and Migration Studies. She is the Executive Director at Edvance Foundation where she oversees the weekly operations of our organization and both its short-term and long-term timelines. During her free time, Evelyn enjoys performing folklorico, trying new recipes, and enjoying an evening at a cafe.

Sophia Moore is working as the Grant Writer and Coordinator for the Edvance Foundation. She is a student at Syracuse University, studying sociology and film with a minor in Spanish. Originally from Los Angeles, Sophia is passionate about community engagement and connection, which is why she was motivated to work with Edvance. In her free time, Sophia enjoys watching movies, hanging out with friends, or taking her spunky Havanese-terrier Daisy out on walks.

Deven Radfar is a visionary leader and co-founder of the Edvance Foundation, dedicated to transforming education through technology. With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Policy from UC Berkeley, Deven brings a strong academic foundation and a deep understanding of educational principles to his role. Drawing from his experiences as the CEO of Next Level Tutors, Deven is passionate about leveraging technology to create accessible and inclusive learning environments, empowering students to reach their full potential, and fostering a love for lifelong learning. Through his leadership, Deven is paving the way for a future where education is enriched by innovative technological solutions.

Jules Max is a student at the University of Southern California majoring in International Relations and computer programming. He also serves as Director of Development at Next Level Tutors, a tutoring company that is focused on creating innovative test-prep solutions for California students. As Chief Strategy Officer at Edvance Foundation, Jules brings a passion for creating an educational system that is as accessible and equitable. In his leisure time Jules loves to travel, ski, scuba dive, and go to live music events.

Brady Carlos is a junior at Williams College where he is majoring in American studies, philosophy, and German. He is currently serving as interim Chief of Staff at Edvance foundation where he facilitates communication between team members and everyone else. In his free time, Brady enjoys playing board games, learning new languages, and searching for the spiciest foods to eat.
